    I got this the other day and have been waiting to try it. It smells so good. I have used liquid smoke in the past to enhance the flavor of BBQ on a gas grill. This is the first time using a powder. It is strong. A little goes a long way. For my ribeye steaks, I use just a small pinch on each side along with some salt (sold here) and fresh ground pepper. DON'T overuse this powder smoke, just a little will do. rub into steaks and cook. It's like BBQ in a frypan. LOVE IT!!!! I would recommend to anyone who loves BBQ but can not grill outdoors.

    以前の袋入りよりは保存性はよくなっていますが、冷凍保存したほうがいいです。粒子が細かいのか、水分を吸ってがちがちになりすぐに使えなくなります。冷凍すれば、すごく使える商品だと思います。
