ボーンブロスやってみようと思って、初めて購入。袋が大きめなので、袋に入れたまま血抜きができます。

親がグラスフェッドの牛。ボーンブロス作り用の骨として安価なので重宝しています。コラーゲンたっぷりの上質ないいスープが作れます！美味しい！！

ボーンブロス用に購入させて頂いてます。何社か試して購入しましたが、脂の出にくさとコラーゲンの量でこちらの牛骨が最適です。購入が3袋までなのが残念。送料もあるので、お友達とまとめて購入したいですが...。

One of my favorite products! Great for making soup stock, basically. They're nice and small too. I've made broth for everything from pho to borscht, never disappointed.

Wonderful by itself for stock. I also save up chicken and turkey bones and boil together to make bone broth bouillon cubes to use for everyone, including the dog, so omit onions, adding them later for people soup, and boil it down until it solidifies like Knox Blox when cooled. Then I can cut it up and freeze in my little Japanese freezer. And I save a couple of the bones in the freezer for my little dog, Eve. Her eyes simply light up with joy when I bring one out for her. Just the right size for a large small dog, who tends to try to swallow things whole.
