I often order this, its outstanding! You can really sink your teeth into this.

家族が肉の臭みに敏感なのですが、こちらのお肉は大丈夫だそうです。肉にうま味があるとも言っていました。アメリカ産以外でそういったお肉があると良いのですけど。。。

ゆっくり定温調理で２時間、その後じっくり遠火の炭火で焼くと最高！！

和牛のステーキは脂が多すぎ、柔らか過ぎで好きではありません。
こちらはしっかりとした歯応えがありながらも歯切れが良く、ほどよい柔らかさで食べ応えがあり最高でした。
また必ずリピートします。

We got these from mystery box. Very tasty stuff! Pan-fried these fellows for 2min/side, then roasted in oven for 30 min in 200C. Served with hasselbackan potatoes and salad <3
