GET THIS STEAK!
A wonderful steak. I bought two and did an olive oil and garlic paste marinade for one and nothing for the other.
Grilled them both on the weber - medium rare, salt & pepper.
A small party of 4 and these were eaten up in less than 10 minutes. Luckily I had purchased other times here to finish the night.
These were a big hit.

驚くほど分厚いですが、強火で表面をしっかり焼いてから、火を弱めてじっくり焼き、たっぷりの大根おろしとフライドガーリックを添え、ポン酢でいただきました。
本当に美味しいお肉です!
期待通りの味わい
フライパンだと火加減がいつも難しいため、冷蔵庫で解凍後、魚焼きグリルで調理。肉温計を使ってばっちりの仕上がりになりました。旨味たっぷりの厚切りステーキ、最高です。個人的な感想として、グラスフェッドビーフは焼き上がりの臭いが独特でやや苦手なのですが、USビーフだと全く感じません。
