癖の無い、美味しくて食べやすい味。
他のオリジナルソーセージより若干細めで
その分かぶりついて食べやすいです。

アイルランドの方には申し訳無いのですが、
丸ごと茹でて、ソーセージそのものの味を
楽しみたかったので小さめのパンに挟んで
ホットドッグ風に頂きました。
皆に好まれる味、食感だと思います。
（もちろん食べ応え、旨みは十分）
（良い意味で）万人にお勧めできます。

Great size, great taste. Delicious herb and meat flavor. A very light and easy to eat sausage, not too dry but also not greasy. Great for breakfast, even for those with a stomach that is sensitive in the morning.
