トレイルランのエイドにこちらの豚肉を燻製ベーコンにして出したら大好評でした。

寸胴で長時間下茹でして角煮に使ってます。
脂身少なめなので、胃もたれしません。

I love making this in the slowcooker to make melt-in-the mouth pork belly! A go to easy and delicious supper.

脂身が多すぎることもなく綺麗な三枚肉、味も上々、また買いたい。

Bought this to make a paella for a dinner party. Looks good.

スーパーで売ってるバラ肉のブロックは脂身の方が多いので、こちらのを買ってみました。
初めてパンチェッタ作ってみました。
めっちゃ旨みがあって美味しい！
野菜スープにちょっと入れるだけで旨み抜群にアップ！
また寒いうちに買いたいです。

扱いやすい大きさなので、３／４を角煮にして角煮丼やラーメンの乗せて楽しみました。
残りは薄切りにして豚玉のお好み焼きでおいしくいただきました。
念のため二重に包装して冷蔵庫で自然解凍しましたが、特に血や肉汁が漏れることもなくしっかりとシールされてました。

Brined it for a few days then seasoned it with of all things the FREE seasoning that comes with the lamb rack!
Plonked it on a couple of apples and onions with a splash of white wine. 110 centigrade for 6 hours. Includes "instant" apple sauce!

Excellent, must order again. Just added smoky salt and fried in a hot pan few minutes on the side before cooking in 200c for 2h. Next time I try crockpot with this.
