I used this to make a soup. The sausage was tender & gristle-free. Looking forward to trying this bulk sausage in other recipes.

These sausages are easy to cook and are delicious on their own or within another prepared dish. I've added it to sauteed vegetables , in pasta dishes, and have just eaten it alone with a bit of mustard. I really appreciate that they're gluten free as well!
