Perfect Italian Style Crumbled Sausage
This sausage is excellent for use on pizzas, in lasagna, or as part of any meat sauce pasta dish. I use it mostly for making pizzas (along with the Meat Guy's great Pizza Pepperoni Slices). It has a wonderful Italian spice flavor.
Easy to use, good taste BUT......
I would have given this a 5/5 but some of the bits had bone chips in them.. be careful!

Delicious! A new freezer staple
Got this to try as a topping to our favorite frozen pizza, but first tried adding some to a basic risotto and it elevated it to a whole other level. Delicious! Looking forward to having on pizza and in pasta dishes. A new freezer staple for sure. Please keep this in stock!

This isn't flashy, exactly, but is EXACTLY what you want if you're making an American-style pizza. We've bought the smaller bag (1kg I think) a couple times and would totally buy it again when it comes back. I've tried using all sorts of other sausage from the supermarket as a substitute but while they're all good in their way, THIS is the one I want.
