this Italian sausage is sooooo good. I put on my pizza's and add to spaghetti and lasagna, these 1KG bags will not last long. You can't go wrong order these Italian sausage topping.

Absolutely love these sausages for on our homemade pizzas. Taste and texture is exactly what you want on top of your pizza.

This is the EXACT sausage for typical American sausage pizza. I've tried several other kinds but while they're all good in their way, they're not the "right" thing. When Meat Guy is sold out of this, we simply have to stop making pizza until it's in stock again. I've buying this about 12 years I think. (Before that Meat Guy only had 5kg bags, if I remember correctly, which didn't fit in our tiny freezer.)

You sell crumbled , why not whole real Italian sausage, can not buy it anywhere in Japan!!

Great sausage! I was really missing this on my homemade pizza. It is conveniently frozen so that it doesn't clump together. So glad I bought this!

This sausage is excellent for use on pizzas, in lasagna, or as part of any meat sauce pasta dish. I use it mostly for making pizzas (along with the Meat Guy's great Pizza Pepperoni Slices). It has a wonderful Italian spice flavor.

I would have given this a 5/5 but some of the bits had bone chips in them.. be careful!

Got this to try as a topping to our favorite frozen pizza, but first tried adding some to a basic risotto and it elevated it to a whole other level. Delicious! Looking forward to having on pizza and in pasta dishes. A new freezer staple for sure. Please keep this in stock!

This isn't flashy, exactly, but is EXACTLY what you want if you're making an American-style pizza. We've bought the smaller bag (1kg I think) a couple times and would totally buy it again when it comes back. I've tried using all sorts of other sausage from the supermarket as a substitute but while they're all good in their way, THIS is the one I want.
