Perfect Italian Style Crumbled SausageProfessor Outlaw2023/03/15This sausage is excellent for use on pizzas, in lasagna, or as part of any meat sauce pasta dish. I use it mostly for making pizzas (along with the Meat Guy's great Pizza Pepperoni Slices). It has a wonderful Italian spice flavor.

We've bought the smaller bag (1kg I think) a couple times and would totally buy it again when it comes back. I've tried using all sorts of other sausage from the supermarket as a substitute but while they're all good in their way, THIS is the one I want.
