The worst steak I’ve ever eaten
Tasteless and tough as nails. Looked great but just terrible. So disappointing, I think I’m done with the meat guy.

食べ応えがあります
和牛の霜降りとは別の赤身の美味しさがあると思います。ただし、弱火でじっくり焼かないと硬くなります。レアがオススメです。

オーダーするとすぐに商品が届きましたので、こちらもすぐに調理して食しました。270gは一人前にして中々食べ応えがあり十分満足なボリュームでした。肉が厚かったので、少し焼き過ぎたかな、次回はもっとレアで食したいと思いました。美味しかったです！！
