孫も気に入ったサーロイン！わさび2020/08/10サーロイン２７０ｇ、かなりのボリュームです。
今回孫が急遽家に来る事になりお肉好きなんで早速冷蔵庫に移動して半解凍、その後常温に戻す。
脂身と筋をカットする。
塩胡椒、ガーリックをして寝させてから焼く！
柔らかいで臭みなく美味しいです。

Great FlavorJohn2020/06/05I have to say the tenderness and flavor was great. Buying it on sale is a better plus, the only downside I have, is that the fat cap left on the steak was a little thick for my liking.

GreatTokyocarnivore2020/02/27I've purchased these twice, both times when they were on sale. The steaks are great! I totally recommend them if you can afford the full price. Being the bargain shopper I am, I usually wait until there is a sale to make a purchase. I eat my steaks really rare or sometimes raw. These taste great anyway you cook them. I will definitely purchase these again.
