赤身肉のステーキが食べたい時、これは大満足の逸品。レアで焼いて、塩胡椒やわさび醤油でいただくのがおすすめです。

お肉の味そのものが非常に美味しいですね。柔らかくて脂身も美味しいです。塩のみでいただきましたが最高でした。

親族の集まりで振舞いました。
臭みがなく美味しいと評判上々でした。

Doing reverse searing in my oven at 100 degrees celcius with a probe thermometer!
When the temp reaches 35 degrees at the center, I pan fry it with oil, butter and rosemary and baste it. 2 minutes on each sides (max temp) and you got a perfect medium rare juicy steak.
New Zealand beef rocks, period.

グリルで焼き、焼き時間と同じ時間、アルミホイルにくるんで保温しました。
レアではあるものの、中まで熱が通って、子どもたちも美味しくいただきました。
まだ冷凍庫に二枚あるので、次はいついただこうかたのしみです♪
