Interesting Product
Bought it when I was dieting. Tried to test it on my cats, but they refused to go near it. I made tuna salad sandwiches , with celery , mayo, and onions, and it was great !

Works as Cheese
The coconut makes it a bit crumbly so it's not the best vegan cheese I've found, but it's stiff and works well for what it's for. Basically, if having it stay slice-shaped is imperative, make sure to lay it flat or in a container, somewhere it won't get bumped or bent, otherwise you'll have a bag of crumbled cheese instead.

水戻しするタイプのグルテンミートと全く違い、使い勝手も味もとてもいいです。お肉のミンチと同じようにまとまるので餃子やミートボールもできました。

Fantastic meat alternative
I'm a lifelong carnivore trying to eat less meat for health reasons, and I figured I'd give this a try. It is absolutely fantastic! I've used it in chili, taco meat, and döner kebabs and it just never disappoints. I really hope that themeatguy.jp gets some of their other products in stock soon because I'm quite keen to try them!
