I wanted to taste this one and I have not been disappointed: grilled on bbq, they come juicy and taste somewhere between game and beef. A must try.

一度で食べ切るには量が多すぎました。もっと少ない量で値段を安くしてもらえると嬉しいですが、クセも少なく美味しくいただきました。ありがとうございます。

Deforested this and cut into 5mm slices for yakiniku. I should of cut when it was slightly frozen for ease but lesson learned. A very sharp knife will cut it with ease though. Looked like liver, same consistency as liver and a slight liver taste. Cooked very quickly on the hot plate, dipped in yakiniku sauce and delicious! I wrapped it up in a Korean leaf with rice and even better! Not over greasy like many yakiniku meats are. Definitely worth trying.

カンガルーは初めてでしたが、この商品はランプで全くの赤身です。　焼く前の繊維の入り方がぱっと見ヒレ肉風で、芯温53度でローストして食べると子牛ぽく臭みはほぼ無しです。　気に入りましたのでリピ購入です。

ローストにして食べてみました。食感も味も牛肉を食べているようで、知らずに牛肉と出されていたら信じてしまいそう。健康食として牛肉の代わりにいいかもしれない。

カンガルー肉と聞くと何だかジビエ的な臭い肉を想像しますがむしろ臭みは牛肉より少ないくらいです。脂身は全くなく、あっさりとしているので表面だけ焼いてわさび醤油や玉ねぎドレッシングで頂きました。美味しかったです。

I didn't think I would like this. Kangaroo? But it's really really good, even medium rare! It seems no matter what I throw it in, the flavor and texture is amazing. Curry, tacos, steaks, kebobs, stir-fries...and the best part is the low calorie count!
