This bacon is the real deal. Far superior to the poor excuse you find in Japanese supermarkets. The only issue I had was carving thin enough slices off the block. But that's on me, I need a better knife. Do yourself a favour and order one.

素晴らしい。私はこのベーコンを食べるまでの本当に美味しいベーコンに出会っていなかった事が明瞭にわかりました。焼いても、スープにしてもとても美味しいです。その美味しさには良い素材である事はもちろん、その素材がベーコンとして口の中へ入り感動を伝えるまでの間に風味を歪めてしまう要素が排除されていることも、この風味を生み出すためには重要なのでしょう。私は食品添加物について合理的な保存性の向上や製法上の工夫を否定したりはしませんが、このベーコンの風味を語る上では重要な要素のようです。本当に、とても、美味しい。

I order a couple of blocks of this delicious bacon several times a year, and the quality is always excellent. It's great in sandwiches--with a dab or Dijon mustard on toasted English muffins or Kaiser rolls, for example--or sliced on the thick side and served for breakfast with hash browns and maybe sauteed mushrooms. I haven't found anything remotely comparable in supermarkets or other meat shops here.

Love this! Not only is it completely delicious, but look at the ingredients - no sugar or no added nitrates. Whilst I'm not a fan of cornmeal, it is easy enough to wash it off. Will be ordering this again. Thank you.

We are loving the bacon! First time in years I have eaten bacon that isn't dyed bright pink and shrivelled up to the size of a postage stamp when cooked. Thank you.

Straight from the gods! Or rather one God -- the Meat Guy! Cut a nice thick slab, fry or BBQ it, and eat as is or with mustard, in a sandwich... you name it. I order several of these a year and think of good old Canada and the fact that this brings home to me.
