I confess this was a little disappointing. It was rather fatty and not as flavoursome as I’d hoped. PLus the size is not huge! i thought it would be a great slab to carve slices of lovely bacon, instead it was more of a 3 inch cube. Great for pancetta or as an ingredient in stews, soups etc, but not really a good breakfast bacon. The quest continues!
