I'm spanish so used to eat quite a bit of ham. This is a very good ham, good flavour, not too salty also not too full of fat on the outside. Knife and cutter very useful to cut some nice thin slices.

It took ages, and many invited friends to get through it...The closer to the bone you get, the richer the flavour. I made a split pea and ham soup with the bones afterwards which was ill advised. The stock it produced made the dead sea taste like Evian. This actually represents relatively good value.
