Just the right kick for a decent wing or even mixed into hamburger meat before a bbq. Kids and friends all enjoyed the flavor

本場の味が全くわからないですが、ハマる味です。そのままだけでなく、普段の料理にこれを足して味を決めるのが気持ちいい！

福袋に入っていたので使ってみたところ、バッファローウィングは酸味と旨味があってかなり辛めでビールのお供に最高でした。子供にはちょっと厳しかったけれど、チキンのトマト煮に加えてみたらアクセントになってまた美味しい。結局、リピートしてました。

YouTubeでこちらのソースを使って、カラッと上がった手羽元に絡めて美味しそうだったので、初めて購入して同じように作りました！
ピリッと唐辛子の絡み、そしてビネガーっぽい良い香り、最高でした！

We love this sauce 'naked' or not. I usually bake my chicken pieces (drums and wings) until crispy with some baking powder (aluminum free), salt and pepper. The baking powder makes them crispy. Then coat them with this sauce. If you want to make it a little thicker, I suggest adding some honey to the sauce and mix well before coating the chicken....AMAZING! (don't forget to sprinkle on some roasted goma seeds for an extra layer of flavor.)

It's called "naked" because I think most of us really would lick it off someone else if they doused themselves in it -- it's that awesome! My partner doesn't go for that, so I stick with making amazing wings or dousing karaage with them, which she DOES go for.
