Excellent breakfast sausages with a nice maple flavor, light, thin casing, and excellent taste. They are a hit with the whole family and are honestly the best breakfast sausages I've found in Japan.

日本人の旦那も、これを大好物になりました。目玉焼きやトーストかホットケーキによく合います。
These sausages have a wonderful taste and flavor. They've got enough maple to taste it, but not so much that it feels chemical-y. And unlike many mass produced maple sausages, there are herbs in the meat mix, which really help accentuate the flavor and give it more depth and complexity.
If you want a highly processed, dripping in fake syrup, overly fatty breakfast sausage, this probably isn't for you. But if you want to feel like you're staying at a country B&B where everything is made from scratch, this will do the trick!

These are my favorite sausages I've tried from The Meat Guy. They go amazing with all breakfast foods. These are so good when you roll them around in the yolks of some sunny side up eggs. Try these if you are wanting to level up your breakfast. You won't be disappointed.

I simmered them in apple juice and served with pancakes. As you chew, the flavor of savory herbs (sage?) comes out. Really high-quality taste- I was looking forward to typical American breakfast sausages but they were actually much better.

Thin skinned, great taste. The maple is mild so I like to add fresh ground black or red pepper. Will buy again.

These are my favourite Meat Guy sausages. The skin isnt too thick and the flavour is just right.

メープルはあまり感じられませんでしたが
デザート的な爽やかさのあるソーセージでした。
（私がフライパンで焼き過ぎたのかも。^^;
でも、ボイルでもあまり感じなかった。）

いわゆるソーセージをイメージすると、「これじゃない」感が得られますｗ
肉の甘みが全く感じられないので…。　^^;

メープル入りという事で
もうちょっと甘塩っぱいソーセージを想像してましたが
塩分も、肉の甘さも感じられませんでした。
感じるのは、ハーブと　気の抜けた豚脂、かすかなメープルの香り。

でも、ハーブたっぷりで爽やかなのは確かです。
食後に体の負担も少ないです。無添加は確実です。
個人的には少し残念な味でしたが、ハマる人はハマると思います。

食べて納得の無添加だったので、
次は普通のソーセージを買ってみようかな。

Maple syrup, sausages? What could go wrong? NOTHING!!

Bought these as soon as I saw. Won't buy them again because I can't stop eating them and then I gain weight. These are a special occasion purchase for me.

Taste: Like maple syrup and sausage!! Now if they can get the beer taste in their we're golden!

Cooking: Just throw them on your grill. Not too hard. Just keep them away from guests as they tend to eat them all before you get a chance.
