Got this for family friends and they decided to serve it up while I was visiting. It was like the tenderest, juiciest, most flavorful chicken I could never have imagined. Just sliced thin and cooked teppanyaki style with salt and pepper. Japanese neighbor boy loved it too (and asked for more), until he understood what it was.
