The spice blend was good, and gave the meat an authentic Middle-eastern flavor. The meat was a bit tough, but such is to be expected from camel, and while it smelled a bit funky on the grill, the spice blend used did a great job of removing any gaminess. My only complain would be that the chunks of meat were very small and somewhat thin, making it difficult to skewer. For one 150g bag, we were able to make 4 loaded skewers (no veggies, only meat)...that cooked quite quickly due to the thinness of the meat.

These camel cubes have an interesting spice mix on them which almost gives a kebab style taste. I agree that this is somewhere between lamb and beef but.. it's still somehow more unique than that. After a good while on the barbecue, the inside seems to stay nicely red. Bottom line is: if you haven't had camel, give it a try.
