・7 pieces of fresh lamb sausage (spicy)  Inspired by The Meat Guy's hugely popular Moroccan-style sausage, we have created an original recipe for The Meat Guy. Made with the highest quality harissa from France.

・500g Lamb shoulder slices
Lamb shoulder sliced thinly for stir-fry, yaki-niku, or anything you can think of that calls for sliced lamb.

・Two lamb patties Just take them out and grill or fry in a frying pan! They're already seasoned with spices. You can create a unique and unusual burger.

・150g of spicy lamb cubes and 10 bamboo skewers
We use Australian lamb and cut to approx. 2x1cm sized cubes, seasoning with rosemary and other herbs only.

・5 Lamb Chops Frenched lamb rack cut into lamb chops for easy cooking after thawing.
