解凍方法

冷凍品は低温でゆっくりと解凍を行ってください。
氷水による解凍なら1kgあたり4時間程度が目安です。
冷蔵庫での解凍なら1kgあたり24時間程度が目安です。
真空パックのまま解凍いただけますが、解凍時にパックが開いてしまい、ドリップなどが漏れ出す場合がありますので、バットやボウルなどに入れての解凍をおすすめいたします。

いい味付け＆美味しい肉でした。
キューブサイズにちょっとばらつきあり。付属の竹串はとても短いので、野菜をいろいろつけた串を作るなら金属製のもっと長い串を用意するのがおすすめ。今回はお試しで一袋買いましたが、4人のBBQで一人一串分くらい。次回は二袋以上買います。

OMG This is the BEST

Received this today at 3PM and it was ready to BBQ after thawing in cold water at 6PM. I am not sure what the marinate was but it was delicious. It was not 'spicy' like hot spicy but there was a lot of flavorful spices. This is now one of my favorites and will certainly order this again.
