These are very tasty spicy lamb sausages. Great lamb flavor, great spice level. However, they don't have the fragrance that I associate with merguez that comes from the other spices besides hot pepper. That being said, merguez is basically impossible to find in Japan anywhere else unless you make it yourself, so I will probably buy these again.

They're still good but something changed... They seem whiter and thicker / fatter, less reddish than before when I first ordered them a year ago. Not sure what changed, but they are less savoury than they used to be and the worst: a 10% price increase!!! From 11,070¥ up to now, 12,000¥ :(

Delicious. I keep these on hand for special dinners, paired with warm pearl couscous & roasted vegetables. once thawed, they bake in the oven in about 20 minutes.

We keep these in the freezer at all times. They are a perfect blend of spices and a little sweet. Good old fashion breakfast sausage.

I love them in bread on their own or I also put them in to my Cassoulet. They have a nice amount of spice to add to the flovour with out overpowering it!!

It is the closest I have ever found in Japan of what would be a real North-African merguez. The right amount of spices and as hot as it should be. Great job. I just wish they would contain less oily fat if possible.

These are very delicious sausages with just the right level of spiciness for those who like a bit of “pirikara” (ピリ辛). Excellent by themselves or with eggs.

I never had these in New Zealand but man are they delicioius. Straight on the bbq or in a lamb curry. Wicked mon!

I ordered it few months ago and forgot to give a review, hear me out... They are amazing, juicy, they could be a little bite more spicy if it was me. We just need a full couscous now!

Almost like a real merguez sausage but so delicious. Cooked right and eating it will some harissa paste and couscous, is the way to go!
Than to The Meat Guy for having them, I ordered, TMG committed and delivered on time. What a feast!

First time for me to taste these, and they did not disappoint! However, I agree with two other reviewers who thought these could use a little more spice. Nevertheless, I definitely will be purchasing more.

個人的にはハーブよりもこちらのスパイシーの方が好みです。
スパイシーといっても闇雲に辛いのではなく、ラムの味を引き立てる素晴らしいスパイスですね。
