Here we answer some of the most frequently asked questions.
Orders
We do not have a physical store. Products ordered online will be shipped from our office in Nagoya.
We do not accept orders by phone, fax or email. Please order through this website.
After placing your order, an automated email will be sent to the email address you registered. If you do not receive the email, or if you cannot find it in your spam folder, please contact us via the inquiry form so we can check the status of your order.
You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
We will handle the cancellation of your order. Please reply to the order confirmation email or contact us using the inquiry form, including your order number, to inform us of your wish to cancel your order.
Points
Members will receive 1 point (1%) for every 100 yen spent on orders. The rate of points awarded will vary depending on the point rank.
1 point is worth 1 yen and can be used for payment. Please use the points you wish to use on the cart screen.
Your point rank will increase with each cumulative purchase amount over the course of a year, and your point allocation rate will increase.

Bronze: Cumulative purchase amount between 20,000 yen and 40,000 yen Points awarded at 3% rate
Silver: Cumulative purchase amount between 40,000 yen and 70,000 yen: 5% points awarded
Gold: Cumulative purchase amount between 70,000 yen and 100,000 yen: 8% points awarded
Platinum: 10% points awarded for total purchases over 100,000 yen
Points are valid for one year.
Shipping Fee
Shipping costs vary depending on the region.
Honshu and Shikoku 980 yen
Kyushu and Hokkaido 1,150 yen
Okinawa 1,750 yen
In addition, shipping is free for orders over 10,000 yen (tax included) and it has to be one delivery address.
We cannot combine multiple shipping with products that require different temperatures(CHILLED/FROZEN).
Payment Methods
Please check the following.
1. Credit Card
Total = product price + shipping fee
2. Google Pay
Total = product price + shipping fee
3. Apple Pay
Total = product price + shipping fee
4. Cash on delivery(COD): Payment by cash or credit card upon delivery
Total = product price + shipping fee + COD fee (flat rate of 330 yen including tax)
5. Bank transfer: Advance payment
Total = product price + shipping fee + transaction fee
*Please let us know if the name of the person placing the order differs from the name of the bank account used for bank transfer.
*We will inform you of the transfer details and final amount by email.
6. Postal transfer (Japan Post Bank): Advance payment
Total = product price + shipping fee + transaction fee

For security reasons, we do not store credit card information. We appreciate your understanding.
Shipping time
If you place an order by 12:00 noon on a business day (weekday), we will dispatch it on the same day at the earliest.
However, depending on stock availability, we may dispatch the item on the next business day.
If you have a preferred arrival date, please use the delivery date specification option.
Orders placed by 12:00 noon on business days (weekdays) will be dispatched the next day at the earliest.
In addition, for deliveries to the Ogasawara Islands, shipments will be made according to shipping schedules.
If you pay by bank transfer or postal transfer, your order will be dispatched after we have confirmed your payment.
Please make your payment early.
Your order will be dispatched according to the delivery date you specify.
However, delivery may be delayed in the event of natural disasters, weather phenomena, traffic conditions, or other reasons.
Delivery
You can choose a delivery date up to 28 days in advance.
For products with close expiration date, even if a delivery date is specified, we will deliver the product within the specified date. Thank you for your understanding.
Delivery companies are Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, and Yu-Pack (for remote islands).
You cannot specify a delivery company.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will be notified of the tracking number via email. Please check the delivery status on the courier's website.
Our products are food products.
To ensure the safety of our customers, we are unable to deliver to parcel boxes or to designated locations, regardless of the season.
