Bone-in rabbit leg and thigh from Spain.

SERVING SUGGESTION

Most of the items are already spiced such as the kangaroo burgers or the exotic meat spices cubes.
Other items are not spiced but a simple salt and pepper sprinkle is enough.

The thawing time depends on many factors such as size, weight, packaging, and type of meat.
