Grass-fed Beef Striploin Block
- This one's a big block of meat, so you can easily cut it up into individual steaks!
Chocolate Brownie
- Heat in the microwave for about 15 seconds before eating to bring out the aroma of chocolate. These are great for a quick snack! Top it off with some ice cream or whipped cream for additional style points.
Original Sausage (English sausages)
- The Meat Guy recommends grilling or frying these babies! These are already delicious as is after cooking. Cook until the casing is stretched. It'll take longer than the usual Japanese sausages, but it's well worth the wait!
Grass-fed Beef Striploin Steak
- We recommend seasoning with The Meat Guy's original steak spice and cooking until medium rare!
Original "Real" Barbecue Sauce【HOT】S-Size (370g)
- Mix with ketchup for a “Kansas City” style sauce.
- Mix with mustard for “Carolina” style.
- Add vinegar and cayenne powder for a great wing sauce.!
-Try it with soy sauce as Yaki-Niku tare

THAWING
Thaw frozen products slowly at low temperatures.
If thawing in ice water, the recommended time-length is about 4 hours per kg.
If thawing in the refrigerator, it takes about 24 hours per kg.
You can thaw it while in the package, but the package may open during thawing, causing leakage, so we recommend double-bagging or thawing on a tray or bowl.

色んな種類が入っていて開けた途端にわあって感じでした。ソーセージは抜群に美味しかったですし、1キロステーキは肉の味が最高‼️塩胡椒だけの味付けでしたが（ステーキソースは使わなかった）本当に美味しかったです。また企画して下さい
I’m still working my way through this order —the majority of it is for hungry son and friends soon arriving. Have to say the lamb is exceptionally tender when grilled. Pretty sure I’ll be back for more.

I'm totally satisfied with the contents of the meat box. We've eaten the ribeye, two of the sausages, and the brownies. All were delicious!
The barbecue sauce is described as, "Thick, Hot, and Smokin'', and indeed it is all three for sure––the standard for many BBQ sauces. We used the sauce on some pork chops the other day. However, being originally from Kentucky USA, I prefer thinner "less smokin'" vinegar-based sauces, which are popular in the USA South, especially North and South Carolina. Perhaps the Meat Guy can concoct a vinegar-based sauce* as an alternative. Just a thought.
* I make my own versions of vinegar-based BBQ sauces, but folks unfamiliar with such sauces might like to see such a product available from the Meat Guy.
