The basic way to use it is to sprinkle it on top of cooked steak, roast beef, or sausage pilaf to give it a smoked flavor.

If you plan to sprinkle it directly on meat, you can enjoy a nice flavor by making some smoked salt first.
It's easy to make, just mix 20g of salt with 1/3 teaspoon of smoked powder. If you want to sprinkle it directly on the meat, we recommend about 2g of powder for 1kg of meat.
