<How to make>
Korean style: Add chopped kimchi, mashed and drained tofu, and gochujang to the minced hamburger, season with salt and pepper, and saute.
Teriyaki: Combine minced hamburger with perilla leaves cut into bite-sized pieces, make teriyaki sauce with soy sauce, mirin and sugar, and serve as teriyaki.
Italian style: Add mozzarella cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and chopped basil to minced hamburger and saute in olive oil.
Spread mustard sauce onto the mini buns, place lettuce on top and each hamburger on top.
