【サイズ】
The Meat Guyオリジナルの手作り生ソーセージ（サルシッチャ）。ボリューミーなので一本でもおなかいっぱいになっちゃいます 。お肉好きにはたまらない逸品。
【鮮度】
生ソーセージの『生』とは、一度も過熱をしていないということ。市販のソーセージのほとんどが加工の時点で一度加熱を行っています。二度加熱することでその分酸化した油が増え、味が落ちてしまうのです。生ソーセージは食べる直前に１度しか加熱しないため、酸化も少なくフレッシュ。中までしっかり火をとおしてからお召し上がりください。
【作り方】
ミンチを混ぜる時に数種類のスパイスを配合し、天然羊ケーシングを使用して います。安心と味が断然違います！保存料を使っていないため、少し味が強く感じられることもあるかもしれません。

解凍方法
冷凍品は低温でゆっくりと解凍を行ってください。
氷水による解凍なら1kgあたり4時間程度が目安です。
冷蔵庫での解凍なら1kgあたり24時間程度が目安です。
真空パックのまま解凍いただけますが、解凍時にパックが開いてしまい、ドリップなどが漏れ出す場合がありますので、バットやボウルなどに入れての解凍をおすすめいたします。

I think I've tried pretty much all of the sausages from The Meat Guy at least once, but these are the ones I keep going back to!
It is nice to have variety menu choices on hand in the freezer. These sasuages are quick and easy to cook and they quite good.
So, we used to order these from you when we lived in Japan over 10 years ago and missed them ever since. Now we've relocated back to Japan, we were delighted to find you again and, sure enough, these are still the best lamb sausages ever. We also love how you've since include different cooking suggestions that really help hit the spot!

If you enjoy lamb sausages, I can recommend these. Fine by themselves or in a hot dog bun.

Made for my friends and everyone loved it! Strongly suggest to add some dressing on top.
I fry these up and just eat them in bread with some tomato chutney (hey meat guy start stocking chutney) or I take the skins off and add then ion to a Cassoulet and they are divine!!
I would say they are alright but they lack some more subtle spices and wouldn't hurt to have them a little hotter.
The combination of both is very tasty. Be careful to not over cook because it will be a bit dry! Enjoy!

sometimes after work you want to just relax, drink a beer, and eat lamb sausage. this is the sausage for that. perfect flavor and texture.
I like to serve these gorgeous lamb sausages on pita bread and melted mozzarella cheese with sautéed spinach on the side.
These are so good I could eat the whole package in one sitting. They have just the right amount of seasoning and delicious lamb flavour.
These are quite mild, really good sausages. If you like lamb then they're a must.
ものすごく羊肉が好きなので楽しみに購入しました。個性的なソーセージで台所ににおいが染みつくかも？、くらいの意気込みで調理しましたが、なんとも無かったですね。羊も山羊も平気な私は、盛り合わせで出たらラムとは気づかずに食べ終わりそうと思いました。羊肉の個性が強すぎるのは苦手な人でも美味しく食べられる一皿になるのでは無いでしょうか。

Pretty much all The Meat Guy's sausages (at least the ones I have tasted) are excellent, and these are no exception. Great balance of flavours - of course it you like lamb, which we do.
