Pulled Pork Meal Kit (HOT) 4-5 servings

DESCRIPTION

An easy meal kit for making delicious pulled pork at home! This one's the hot type, so if you like your BBQ sauce on the smokier end, then this one's for you! This set includes pork shoulder loin, which is fattier than the loin part, pulled pork spice, and BBQ sauce originally made by The Meat Guy! Pulled pork is often thought to be a tough dish to make, so we're hoping that this set will get you through some hurdles. Simply simmer the pork on medium heat for 1-2 hours and season. Simple enough, right?

SERVING SUGGESTION

1.Cut the pork into 4 equal parts.

2. After cutting, rub the spice on the meat well, then wrap it in clear wrap and let it rest for about 30mins.-1 hour. (If you don't have time, you can just cook the meat immediately.)

3. After the meat has rested, place the meat in a frying pan or skillet without any gaps in between and add 400 ml of water.

4.Cover and simmer on low to medium heat for about 1.5 to 2 hours.
(Occasionally open the lid to check on the meat.)

5.When the water has almost completely evaporated, it's done! Add BBQ sauce to the dish, then loosen the meat with a fork to complete!

*Adjust the amount of BBQ sauce to your liking. Sandwich it between hotdog/burger buns, or even pita bread! It's delicious even when it's cold, so it's also great for fresh spring rolls and sandwiches.
