Many dieters use pita bread for weight loss. A pita is heartier than bread and can be stuffed with fiber-rich veggies, hunger-busting protein and healthy dressings that can help you slim down. 
You could also try them stuffed with souvlaki or dipped into hummus.

How to eat

Other than sandwiches: I personally (and my kids too) love the taste of this rustic bread, so we eat it as is as table bread or just for breakfast with our favorite hummus or our favorite jam. Since it's frozen bread, I can take out as much as I want from the freezer whenever I want and all I have to do is toast it and warm it up, so it's becoming a regular item in my freezer.

Heat each slice in a 600W microwave for approximately 30 seconds.

- When warming the pita bread, be sure to remove it from the bag.
