A lot of customers like to make their own skewers mixed with healthy vegetables but with the quality meat and spice mix of The Meat Guy. So we like to present you seasoned lamb cubes.
We use Australian lamb and cut to approx. 2x1cm sized cubes, season with rosemary and other herbs only. After that, the lamb cubes are vacuum packed and immediately frozen. Nothing else added.
The meat is from tender boneless lamb shoulder.

Serving Suggestion

Make your own skewers with vegetables or just plain lamb skewers. The cubes come with 10 high-quality bamboo sticks. Depending on your skewer style you can make a few or many skewers.
Putting two cubes on each stick mixed with vegetables for example easily gets you 8 skewers.
You can also cut the cubes smaller if you like. You can also use them as a meaty topping for a bowl of rice. Just throw them in a frying pan for a few minutes and sprinkle over the rice. Done.

The thawing time depends on many factors such as size, weight, packaging, and type of meat.
