Ingredients for 4 servings
2 chicken breasts, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of TheMeatGuy's original spices (as needed), 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of sake, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce (or 2 tablespoons if you like), 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 avocado, mayonnaise 2 to 3 tablespoons, Wasabi (as needed), 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 4 tablespoons potato starch
<How to make>
1. Remove the skin from the chicken and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Add TMG original spices (if you don't have them, add salt or your favorite herbs such as thyme), salt, sake, and soy sauce. Add 1 tablespoon each to season.
2. Put olive oil in a frying pan, add the chopped garlic, and turn on the heat. (Be careful not to burn it.)
3 Add the potato starch to the chicken in step 1, mix well and fry over low to medium heat. Don't stir too much, just place the chicken on top of the garlic and fry slowly. The garlic will stick to the chicken.
4 Once cooked, turn up the heat and make the batter crispy. Just before it's done, add the bite-sized avocado, mayonnaise, soy sauce, and wasabi soy sauce that you've already mixed, mash the avocado lightly, and stir fry until done. If you like richer dishes, you can also increase the amount of mayonnaise and avocado to make it even more delicious.
