The Meat Guy's take on a classic gift: Assorted Steaks! Why settle for the usual assorted chocolates, when you can express your love with some meat! This is our take on the classic Valentine’s Day chocolates... Except, instead of assorted chocolates, we have assorted grass-fed beef steaks! This box contains our top beef cuts: striploin, ribeye, rump, and tenderloin. Each box contains 2pcs. of each cut, for a total of 8 mini steaks! (***this set does not contain chocolates***)

CHOCOLATE SAUCE RECIPE
【INGREDIENTS】red wine：15g, balsamic vinegar：5g, butter：5g, chocolate：1 piece (about 3g) , soy sauce：3g
【DIRECTIONS】 1. Place all the ingredients except the chocolate in a small pot or frying pan. 2. Turn the heat up to medium heat and bring to a simmer. 3. Once it starts to simmer, bring the heat down to low and add the chocolate. 4. Mix well until the chocolate has melted and everything is well blended. ※At this point, too much heat can cause the liquid to evaporate. So, move the pot away from the heat from time to time while mixing. 5. Once you get your desired texture, it's done! Meat and chocolate might not be the most obvious pairing, but why not try it out for Valentines?! You might even be pleasantly surprised.

As the name suggests, grass-fed beef is meat that comes from cattle that's been raised on a grass-only diet. They can graze freely, which gives their muscles a good amount of exercise, while keeping their stress levels low. Grass-fed beef is known to be packed with red meat and has a meatier flavor. Most of the beef that can be found at the local supermarkets in Japan are grain-fed. Meat from this type of cattle is known to have more marbling/fat.
