Description
Beef tongue lovers, this one's for you! These are the left-over tendon-included offcuts from when we prepare our beef tongue slices. Though these are offcuts, one should know that this doesn't mean "off in quality." Whip these babies up in a sauté' or a beef tongue stew. These go quickly, so consider yourself lucky if you're able to snag a few.
Serving Suggestion
Sauté; Beef tongue stew, you name it. Also, if you've got your own grinder, these make for great beef tongue burgers. (Don't knock it till you try it!) If you've got an original recipe that you'd like to share with us, let us know!
