(Winter special) Homemade Pumpkin Pie (18 cm)
Description
A little piece of BIG flavor - homemade pumpkin pie! I've had a lot of pumpkin pie, most of them churned out by little blue-haired old ladies who could bake up a storm, but this is really one of the best I've had. It's all-natural and perfectly balanced. The pie is fully cooked. All you need to do is thaw and serve. This is a full-sized pie, uncut, you can get anywhere from 2 to 10 slices, depending upon how you cut it.
Thawing
The thawing time depends on many factors such as size, weight, packaging and type of meat. Please refer to our thawing chart.
*Each pie is handmade, so the shape may vary slightly.
*We asked a cake shop in Nagoya to make this using The Meat Guy's original recipe.
*Please note that we are unable to provide candles or plates for birthdays, etc.

THAWING
Thaw frozen products slowly at low temperatures.
If thawing in ice water, the recommended time-length is about 4 hours per kg.
If thawing in the refrigerator, it takes about 24 hours per kg.
You can thaw it while in the package, but the package may open during thawing, causing leakage, so we recommend double-bagging or thawing on a tray or bowl.
