The Meat Guy's Original Almighty Spice Mix (45g)

Once again, another winner from the Meat Guy, Just wish it was available in larger (250g?) sizes.

ラムチョップに最高に合います。

I usually use these with chicken meat, but they can pretty much fit any kind of meat.

This mix works great on a wide variety of meats and poultry!

シチリア産の塩と一緒に使用すると、とても風味豊かで美味しいお肉が焼けました。これから定番で購入しようと思います。

I like to add this mildly spicy herb mix to salad, soup, stew, chili, potatoes, pasta, and fried rice. I sometimes add it to meat, but I prefer to add the Spicy Steak Spice (also sold on this website) to meat for its heat.

スパイスと言うより、ハーブミックスと言う方が
中身の印象に近いと思います。
香り味だけでなく見た目もゴージャスな感じに
なるのは嬉しいです。

塩味はほとんど感じません。
ハーブソルトなどだと比重で分離して
偏りやすいし、ハーブと塩のバランスが
自由にできるので、むしろ使いやすく感じました。
豚、鶏に特に合うように個人的には思います。

美味しいのですが、もう少し塩味があってもいいと思います。

Love this seasoning mix. It is like Cajun seasoning, and I often use it when I want to give something a punch or feel something is "mono-tarinai." One of my favorite summer dishes is to saute some chopped round onion and garlic with Almighty Spice, then toss in fresh corn kernels and diced tomatoes and cook just until they are warmed through but not mush.　大好きなスパイスミックス：　ちょっとした刺激が必要や物足りないな。。。の思うときによく使います。

Almighty Spice was great on the TMG boneless turkey roll I constructed last holiday season, and I've been using it since then on chicken and sometimes in sauces and soups. Great stuff. This recipe I've made a few times now, and it was a big hit with my wife and son.

ALMIGHTY CAESAR WRAPS
Cube chicken breast (I think I used about 500 g for three people) and fry gently in canola oil with 1 tbsp. Almighty Spice and salt. When the water comes out of the chicken turn down the heat and let it simmer in that spice for about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside to cool. Dice some tomatoes and finely chop some lettuce as for tacos. Assemble ingredients on flour tortillas (10-inch burrito-size tortillas from TMG are ideal for this http://oldtmg.themeatguy.jp/app/en/products/view/365#content-top), drizzle on Caesar dressing and roll up like burrito. This spice is good on almost any meat. I also add it to cooked starchy food like fried rice, mashed potatoes, and next I`ll try it with pasta. Like the Meat Guy says, good on almost anything!
