▼PULLED PORK Recipe

 

Rub Spice into meat. Wrap and sit it for 30min. to 1 hr.(If you are in a hurry, you can start cooking it now)

Fill Frying pan or Skillet with spiced meat, and add 150-200ml of Water. Set the heat at Low-Mid.
Place lid on pan then cook for 1hr.～1hr30min. (Check inside some times)

Once water is almost gone, add BBQ sauce, and shred meat. It's DONE!
(※Pour BBQ sauce little by little, don't pour too much!)

The thawing time depends on many factors such as size, weight, packaging and the type of meat.
