Our Striploin block (500g) and Rib Roast block (500g) of grass-fed beef, which is raised on only pasture, in a convenient sampler set! We highly recommend this set to all health-conscious beef-lovers! This will be delivered chilled (not frozen), so you'll be able to enjoy it right after receiving your package! This set allows you to compare the sirloin and ribeye cuts of grass-fed beef. This lean, lean beef has a rich red meat flavor that you will never tire of. Which do you prefer, sirloin or ribeye?

Serving Suggestions

・Striploin: Coat with our famous Stake Seasoning then throw it on the grill, first searing over direct heat then cooking off to the side.
・Rib Roast: Among all of the cuts we sell, this is probably the easiest to cook and it will be tender even if you cook it quickly over high heat and because it is nicely marbled it will be harder to overcook than other steaks. Cut it to your desired size and make steaks! If you are cutting it into steaks, please remove any excess fat or tendons before use.  If you prefer it to be thick, you can also cook this as is. Cut off the excessive fat before cooking into thinner steaks. If you're cooking the whole thing, it's better not to cut excessive fat off.

[About grass-fed beef]
Cattle that are raised in a natural environment and fed with only grass are called "grass-fed beef." Eating grass means that the cattle are basically free-range and can move freely around the pasture, which has the advantage of reducing stress for the cattle. The meat is lean, allowing you to enjoy the original flavor and aroma of the meat. We recommend this selection for people who are looking for grass-fed beef, which has high red-meat-to-fat ratio, less total fat, more heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids and more antioxidant vitamins, such as vitamin E. And zinc promotes cell division and metabolism, and it is said that taking it can activate immune cells and boost immunity.
On the other hand, most of the beef commonly eaten in Japan, such as Wagyu and domestic beef, is grain-fed beef. Beef raised on a grain-based diet is characterized by its tendency to have marbling. 


[Storage of refrigerated meat]
The shelf life is approximately 10 days from the date of shipment when stored refrigerated. Please consume within 1-2 days after opening.
If you are freezing meat, we recommend dividing it into portions that will be used in one go, based on the amount of food you plan to make in advance. In this case, double-wrap it in plastic wrap to prevent it from contacting with air and freeze it in a way that cools it to the center as quickly as possible (for example, by freezing the meat without stacking it), so that it will taste even better after thawing. We also recommend thawing refrigerated meat in the refrigerator.
[About block cuts]
We import meat from Australia or New Zealand and cut it into chunks at our own factory according to the number of orders. Please note that the fat content, sinew content, thickness, and length of the meat will inevitably vary depending on the animal and the time of year.
