These can be used to cut steaks or as a whole roast. The set comes with a jar of our Original Stake Spice.

We recommend cutting the striploin block into steaks and to use the rib roast as a prime rib roast.

【CHILLED MEAT】

The shelf life is approximately 10 days from the date of shipment when kept refrigerated.
Once opened, please consume within 1-2 days.
If freezing, we recommend dividing the meat into portions suitable for one meal, based on the amount you plan to make in advance. When doing so, double-wrap the meat in plastic wrap to prevent it from coming into contact with air, and freeze it in a way that allows it to cool to the center as quickly as possible (for example, by freezing the meat without stacking it). This will ensure that the meat tastes even better after thawing. We also recommend thawing chilled meat in the refrigerator.

【BLOCK CUT】

The meat is imported from Australia or New Zealand and cut into chunks in our own facilities based on the number of orders.
NOTE: the amount of fat, sinew, thickness, and length of meat will inevitably vary depending on the animal and the time of year.
