This set's main dish is delicious roast beef! A simple yet superb roast beef, with only a sprinkle seasoning of salt & pepper to enhance the natural flavors of beef. The roast beef has already been cooked, so all you have to do is thaw and slice! 250g of roast beef may seem like a small chunk of beef, but once it's sliced and served on a platter, you may be surprised! The set also includes a special soy sauce-based sauce to perfectly complement the beef flavor. This set comes with a side of sausages and curly fries...but those big raw sausages can easily be a second main dish! Each sausage weighs about 100g, and is flavored perfectly with herbs. To top it all off, our well-loved curly fries! You may want to get an extra bag of these, 'cause they're just so addicting!

SERVING SUGGESTION

▼Roast Beef 250g (Sauce included)

Since this has already been cooked, all you have to do is thaw and slice! Use a sharp knife and slice to about to about 2-3mm slices. Enjoy the meat first, before trying it with the included sauce! We also recommend eating with a bit of wasabi if you like that flavor!

▼Cotechino Sausage 300g

・Fry or grill! These sausages are great even without adding any additional seasonings.
Just cook 'em through, and you're good! You'll know it's cooked when the sausages start looking a bit puffy. Our original sausages are bigger than your average supermarket sausage, so they'll take a bit longer to cook. But trust us when we say it's well worth the wait!

▼Curly Fries 500g

・COOK WITH A DEEP-FRYER

Take the fries out of the freezer and fry in 170-175°C oil for about 3-4 minutes. That's it!
※The cooking time will vary depending on the amount of oil and fries, please adjust accordingly.

・COOK IN THE OVEN

Cover a baking tray with a baking sheet, and spread the fries on it so they're not overlapping.
Bake at 200°C for about 20 mins.
