The Meat Guy's Irelander - Irish Breakfast Sausages (7pc)
Product Description
After repeated phone-calls, e-mails, and the occasional drunken Leprechaun demanding that we make an Irish style breakfast sausage, we've finally done it. But these aren't those wimpy little mass-produced items you might be used to. These are our bold and plump versions of a traditional favorite. We handmake these sausages ourselves and we're sure you will love them. Also referred to as "The Irelander", these are of traditional Irish flavor. We don't really know what that means, but they seem to be very well received by Brits, Welsh, Aussies, Europeans, and people outside of Europe.
Fresher than our sausages is impossible unless you start stuffing living cows and pigs into casings. Our sausages are processed from the beginning. We take fresh (never frozen) meat, grind it, add natural fresh spices and stuff it into either pork or lamb casings, vacuum pack them and freeze them immediately. Our sausages are not pre-heated or pre-cooked; hence, you need to cook the sausages before eating - but that is very easy and absolutely worth it. Once you go fresh raw meat sausages you will never go back.
All the spices we add are 100% natural spices only and most spices are even ground at our processing plant just shortly before we produce our sausages which adds extra freshness. Please make sure to cook these immediately after thawing. The only way to preserve our sausages up to a whole year is by keeping them frozen
How to eat
▼The recommended way to eat raw sausages The Meat Guy recommends cooking them as is in a frying pan or on the grill! You can enjoy the original taste of the sausage. It's ready to eat when the soft casing is full to bursting. It's thicker than regular sausages, so it takes a little longer to cook, but it's worth the wait! The juices from the meat when you poke it with your fork are irresistible.
▼Sausages for a BBQ?
They may not be familiar to Japanese people, but raw sausages are a standard menu item at BBQs.
Many of The Meat Guy's customers always bring fresh sausages to their BBQs.
▼ Recommended for breakfast Sausages are an essential part of British breakfast.
Scrambled eggs, bacon, baked beans, mashed potatoes and Irish sausage on one plate make a full breakfast. You can experience the British atmosphere.

▼Size
The Meat Guy's original handmade raw sausage (salsiccia). Each one is 55g in size. It's so voluminous that just one will fill you up. An irresistible delicacy for meat lovers.
▼ Freshness The word "fresh" in raw sausage means that it has never been heated. Most commercially available sausages are heated once during processing. Heating them twice increases the amount of oxidized oil, which reduces the flavor. Raw sausages are heated only once, just before eating, so they are less oxidized and fresh. Please make sure to cook them thoroughly before eating.
▼How to make it: We mix the minced meat with several spices and use 100% pork intestines and natural pork casings. The taste is completely different and safe! Since we do not use any preservatives, the taste may seem a little strong.
