Here is how you make a beer can chicken. You take a chicken, rub some seasoning all over it, take a beer, drink half of it, stick the half-full can of beer in the chicken, sit back and giggle until it's done.

・Set the holder (Make sure it won't fall down)
・It depends on the type of grill/temperature, but cook for 40min. - 2hr. Check the doneness every once in a while to prevent it from getting burned!!
④【With Meat Thermometer】Check the temperature of the breast/thigh. Once it reaches 82 degrees in C, it's DONE!!
【Without Meat Thermometer】Poke it with a metal skewer. Make sure the juice coming out is NOT red, then place the metal skewer on your lip. If it's hot, it should be DONE!! (DO NOT PUT the skewer on your lip when the juice is red! Also be careful to not burn your lips)
