When comparing it to beef tongue, it is a bit juicier. It still has that usual lamb aroma and special flavor to boot! Don't be afraid to try something new!

Serving Suggestion

 

※If you plan to throw these on a BBQ, the meat will shrink when heated. A suggestion is to wrap them in aluminum foil and to be sure they don't fall in between the grill mesh. ※Also, allow the meat to rest at room temperature before cooking. This will help even cook. You can enjoy it piping hot right after!

◆Simply Grill

After thawing, grill them with a little bit of oil in the frying pan. It'll get crispy quickly. Let's pay closer attention to the degree of heat! We recommend medium rare.

◆Lamb with Skewer Sticks!

These also go great with bamboo skewer sticks! With a bit of family and friends, they go great for a mini-BBQ!
