The Meat Guy Lamb Sausage - Herb Flavored
Product Description
Perfectly balanced flavors make this a lamb sausage that you can feed to people who don't like lamb sausages and they will love it!
We take out all the work and just add mint and rosemary into the sausage - very tasty! We use natural lamb shoulders from Australia, Italian sea salt, and our own mix of spices and herbs. The result is a healthy little sausage!
These are fresh-frozen, uncooked sausages. To prepare just thaw them out and cook directly on the grill or on the stove, or if you prefer you can first steam them for about 10 minutes before finishing on the grill. Steaming will give the skin a little nicer bite and will also keep more of the juices inside the sausage during cooking.
If you love spiciness serve with real harissa and use it as a dip or replacement for BBQ sauce. You will love it.
How to eat
It's easy to cook using a barbecue grill or frying pan. Steaming it brings out the mellow flavor of the spices and makes it plump and juicy, so kids will be very satisfied.

【freshness】
The "raw" in raw sausage means that it has never been overheated. Most commercially available sausages are heated once during processing. Heating them twice increases the amount of oxidized oil, which reduces the flavor. Raw sausages are heated only once, just before eating, so they are fresh and less oxidized. Make sure to cook them thoroughly before eating.
【How to make】
We mix the minced meat with several spices and use natural sheep casings. It is safe and tastes great! Since we do not use any preservatives, you may find the taste a little strong.

Choose options
THAWING
Thaw frozen products slowly at low temperatures.
If thawing in ice water, the recommended time-length is about 4 hours per kg.
If thawing in the refrigerator, it takes about 24 hours per kg.
You can thaw it while in the package, but the package may open during thawing, causing leakage, so we recommend double-bagging or thawing on a tray or bowl.

I think I've tried pretty much all of the sausages from The Meat Guy at least once, but these are the ones I keep going back to!
It is nice to have variety menu choices on hand in the freezer. These sasuages are quick and easy to cook and they quite good.
So, we used to order these from you when we lived in Japan over 10 years ago and missed them ever since. Now we've relocated back to Japan, we were delighted to find you again and, sure enough, these are still the best lamb sausages ever. We also love how you've since include different cooking suggestions that really help hit the spot!

Made for my friends and everyone loved it! Strongly suggest to add some dressing on top.
I fry these up and just eat them in bread with some tomato chutney (hey meat guy start stocking chutney) or I take the skins off and add then ion to a Cassoulet and they are divine!!
I would say they are alright but they lack some more subtle spices and wouldn't hurt to have them a little hotter.
The combination of both is very tasty. Be careful to not over cook because it will be a bit dry! Enjoy!

sometimes after work you want to just relax, drink a beer, and eat lamb sausage. this is the sausage for that. perfect flavor and texture.
I like to serve these gorgeous lamb sausages on pita bread and melted mozzarella cheese with sautéed spinach on the side.
These are so good I could eat the whole package in one sitting. They have just the right amount of seasoning and delicious lamb flavour.
These are quite mild, really good sausages. If you like lamb then they're a must.
