Lamb Burger Patties
Description
We had them before a large fast-food chain restaurant introduced them! Lamb patties ready to throw on the grill. We've already spiced them with just a hint of mint. These make fabulous burgers, top them just like you would a beef patty or be more adventurous - my favorite is basil pesto with blue cheese. What you see in the images is our labneh cream cheese.
Serving Suggestion
One of the many uses for our patties is breakfast burritos, sausage rolls or sandwiches for example. In Depth Because size does make a difference! Our regular-sized patties weigh around 100g. Sometimes we do offer special patties which weigh 150g and are hand-made.
Fresher than our patties is impossible unless you start molding living cows into patties. We take fresh ingredient (never frozen) and mix them with fresh spices (not flavors!) and then mold them into patties. We freeze the packs right after processing.
Thawing
The thawing time depends on many factors such as size, weight, packaging, and type of meat. Please refer to our thawing chart.

THAWING
Thaw frozen products slowly at low temperatures.
If thawing in ice water, the recommended time-length is about 4 hours per kg.
If thawing in the refrigerator, it takes about 24 hours per kg.
You can thaw it while in the package, but the package may open during thawing, causing leakage, so we recommend double-bagging or thawing on a tray or bowl.
