Stracciatella Cheese (Mozzarella, Burrata Cheese) 300g
Product Description
【A New Sensation of Exquisite Cheese】"Stracciatella," where fresh cream and mozzarella melt together
"Stracciatella"—for many, this might be the first time hearing this name.
It's a fresh, creamy Italian cheese that you "scoop and eat."
It has none of the typical strong flavors or aromas of cheese, offering a completely new deliciousness that's like tasting rich milk itself.
More Details
-
"Shredded Mozzarella" and "Fresh Cream" Cheese
It's made by finely shredding familiar smooth mozzarella cheese into threads and then generously coating them with rich fresh cream. -
No Strong Flavors, Amazingly Milky
Since it's an unaged cheese, it has no strong aroma, saltiness, or acidity.
Only the natural sweetness and richness of milk come through, making it a very easy-to-eat flavor.
We confidently recommend it even to those who dislike the strong flavors of cheese. -
Melting Texture and Firm Bite
You can enjoy both the "creamy" smoothness of the fresh cream, so soft you can scoop it with a spoon, and the pleasant "firm" texture unique to mozzarella, all at once.
How to Enjoy
This product is delivered frozen, so please consume it after thawing.
-
First, on its own, as bruschetta on bread
Simply spread generously on toasted baguette or bread, and drizzle with a little olive oil and salt. Add black pepper if you like. -
With Fruit or Prosciutto
Serve with sweet fruits like peaches, strawberries, and figs, or with salty prosciutto.
The richness of the milk enhances the flavor of the ingredients, making it a luxurious appetizer. -
With Your Usual Pasta or Pizza
We also recommend simply placing it, while still cold, on store-bought tomato pasta or pizza. It will melt slightly from the heat of the warm dish, transforming into a mellow sauce.

THAWING
Thaw frozen products slowly at low temperatures.
If thawing in ice water, the recommended time-length is about 4 hours per kg.
If thawing in the refrigerator, it takes about 24 hours per kg.
You can thaw it while in the package, but the package may open during thawing, causing leakage, so we recommend double-bagging or thawing on a tray or bowl.
