DESCRIPTION
Buffalotto cheese made from buffalo milk and cow milk is covered with wine lees and grape skins, then ripened for 6 months. Cut in a 150g wedge. The skins and pomace of Nebbiolo, an Italian grape that develops complex and smooth flavors with aging are used. After 6 months of aging, the cheese flavor and grape flavor harmonize with each other. You get to enjoy cheese and grape at once. The wine and grape aromas are as strong as the buffalo cheese, maximizing the flavor. Of course, it's perfect with wine and other alcoholic beverages. We can't think of any other way to eat it. It uses grapes used in winemaking, but has no alcohol. Don't worry, you won't get drunk. No preservatives, this is 100% natural cheese.
SERVING SUGGESTION
Cut into an easy-to-eat size and enjoy. Great with wine but it also goes well with salads and sandwiches.
